Hotels
Shenzhen is an international meeting place and welcomes numerous visitors for meetings, conferences and exhibitions, and offers many quality hotels to suit all budgets and needs.
A large number of rooms have been reserved by Pacific World (PW) in various hotels. These represent different price categories and offer discounted room rates for the World Cancer Congress 2010. Only reservations made through PW will benefit from these preferentially secured rates. Most of the hotels will provide free shuttle service to the Congress Center in the morning and back to the hotel at the end of the day. Other hotels will have easy access to public transportation or taxis.
Hotel accommodation is subject to availability and requests received after 30 June 2010 cannot be guaranteed.
Reservations are made on a first come, first served basis, availability of rooms in each category is limited. Name of persons sharing rooms must be indicated. Rates will be indicated in Chinese currency (RMB) and are subject to currency fluctuation.

Airport transfers
UICC’s appointed onsite agency, Pacific World, will be in charge of airport transfers to and from Shenzhen and its hotels, this only upon request.
Hong Kong Airport - Shenzhen Hotels
Shuttles will be available to take delegates from Hong Kong Airport to Shenzhen Hotels as scheduled below:
Tuesday 17 August
Departure time from Hong Kong Airport:
16:00, 17:00, 18:00, 19:00, 20:00
Wednesday 18 August
Departure time from Hong Kong Airport:
10:00, 11:00, 12:00, 13:00, 14:00, 15:00, 16:00, 17:00, 18:00
Congress staff will greet delegates upon their arrival.
Price of one way transfer: RMB 240 per person
Payment on site in cash will be accepted in the following currencies: HK$, US$, Euros and RMB.
Shenzhen Hotels - Hong Kong Airport
Shuttles will be available to take delegates from Shenzhen Hotels to Hong Kong Airport as scheduled below:
Saturday 21 August
Pick up time from Hotel:

Sunday 22 August
Pick up time from Hotel:

Note:
Guests departing from Hong Kong airport are required to leave Shenzhen hotels 4.5 hours prior the flight departure time.
Guests departing from Shenzhen airport are required to leave Shenzhen Hotels 3 hours prior the flight departure time.
All guests must clear in person the immigrations and customs at both Hong Kong border and China border, with all luggage and personal belongings. This implies to clear the immigrations and customs twice (as 2 borders).
