Showcase your products and services to the global cancer community
 |
The 2010 World Cancer Congress is a not-to-be-missed milestone event that will offer expert reviews of current issues and challenging insights into current and future threats and opportunities. The Congress will host an exhibition and offer platforms and tools to enhance networking between delegates, organizations, commercial and non-commercial entities. |
Driven by the format of the World Cancer Declaration, the congress will focus on four main tracks:
- Cancer prevention
- Tobacco control
- Cancer treatment
- Supportive care
- Cross track
Based on the feedback received after the 2008 World Cancer Congress in Geneva, there will be higher emphasis on clinical oncology while offering the latest updates on all other aspects linked with the global fight against cancer. As always, we will have:
- A diverse international delegation and potentially record breaking participation from Asian delegates in the fields of treatment, research, prevention, tobacco control, patient care and more,
- An exhibition open to international and local pharmaceuticals, international and local cancer organizations that will further strengthen the links between UICC and those who provide directly for patient welfare,
- A scientific programme that will bring together world-renowned specialists and international contributors who will share their knowledge, findings and visions in the battle against cancer,
- An opportunity to throw wide open the gates to enhancing prevention and treatment in a continent facing a growing burden of cancer.
UICC offers a unique opportunity to demonstrate corporate social responsibility by investing in cancer control. As a unique UICC partner, there is a direct opportunity to be linked to the world’s largest association of cancer fighting entities. Whether through satellite symposia, exhibition, congress sponsorship or tailored proposal, there are many options to be present at this event.
