Company press conferences

All Congress media activities will be strictly monitored by UICC.
Companies wishing to organize a press conference during the Congress must send a written request to the UICC communications team. Press conference rooms of various sizes are available to rent for such purposes. Company press conferences cannot be held during times that clash with official press conferences. Organizations planning off-site media activities must coordinate with the UICC communications staff who will ensure that they do not conflict with those of the Congress.
