Company press conferences

All Congress media activities will be strictly monitored by UICC.
Companies wishing to organize a press conference during the Congress must send a written request to the UICC communications team at the above email address. There is a press conference room to rent for such purposes.

Company press conferences cannot be held during times that clash with official press conferences. Organizations planning off-site media activities must coordinate with the UICC communications staff who will ensure that they do not conflict with those of the Congress. Current or past media registration lists will not be released to third parties. For further information on media activities during the Congress, please download the Congress Media Guidelines.
